Daily room rates- credit card payments 

• Please add a 16.39% sales and tourism tax to your room rate.
• If you wish to pay with a credit card please add 10% to the before stated rates.
• Additional person $10.00 if stated on your reservation.  If not stated the cost is $15.
• Weekly and Monthly rates available upon request (not applicable from December 15 to January 15).
• Includes a tropical self-serve breakfast from 6-10am daily.
• Economy, standard, and deluxe rooms are subjectively based on size, location within the hotel, and ambience.

TO MAKE YOUR RESERVATION and receive a confirmation code we ask for a valid credit card number and expiration date (Visa, M.C. or AmEx). Emailing is the least complicated and easiest way.  We have not had any problems with this to date. Another option is to tele/fax your credit card information to (011) (506) 2221-1804. We will not charge your card at this time—this allows you to pay however you wish upon checkout. Receiving invalid credit information will place your reservation in stand-by mode and the room would have to be paid upon arrival if it were to be available.

CANCELLATIONS (in whole or in part) must be made by email or fax with 72 hours’ notice. If not, a fee of one night’s rent or 50% f the stay (whichever is greater) will apply. Be sure to ask for and keep a cancellation email.
